Here it is, PODTool.
There's probably some bugs, so tell me about em :)
There's still some work left to do. Such as letting users delete a pod from the creation list that they accidently put in. Right now, just cancel and hit <new> again. I've gotta work out some stuff in my pod class structure to support removing entries from anywhere in the list, then removing entries from pods will be supported.

Usage:
------
- Extract: load the pod and hit extract all, or select your files and hit extract. select where you want to extract the pod, then hit ok. directory structure will be recreated, using your chosen directory as the root.

- Creation: hit new, drag files / dirs from middle pane to right pane. when dragging dirs, files / dirs will be recursively added, with the one you dropped as the root. click ok, the click save.

known problems:
---------------
- load / saving from network shares doesn't work

todo:
-----
- add support for the POD2 format
- add support for inserting / removing files from existing pods
- streamline the creation / insertion interface
- speed optimizations
